J. Tyler Brawner Vice President Tyler Brawner is currently a Vice President at CS Capital Advisors, LLC. Since joining the CSCA team in 2004, Mr. Brawner has worked on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, capital markets, restructurings and recapitalizations in the healthcare and real estate industries. In addition, Mr. Brawner has also worked in the Energy & Power Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities LLC and the Private Business Financial Strategies Group at Contango Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Brawner graduated from Yale University in 2001 with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. While at Yale, Mr. Brawner was a member of the Varsity Lacrosse Team.
