Peter E. Pickette Managing Director and Co-Founder Peter Pickette is currently a Managing Director at CSCA Capital Advisors, LLC. Peter is responsible for generating new corporate advisory business and the execution of transactions. He has worked on numerous capital raising, merger and acquisition, recapitalization and restructuring assignments. In March of 1999, along with Bradley Razook, and Laurent de Marval, Peter formed C&S Advisors to provide high quality value-added financial advisory services to companies with significant real estate assets, including healthcare companies. From July 1997 to February 1999, Peter was a Vice President with the Corporate Finance Department at Schroder & Co. Inc. Prior to July 1997, he was a Senior Associate in the Investment Banking Department at NatWest Markets. Since 1994, Peter has worked on over 200 corporate finance and advisory transactions representing an aggregate transaction value of in excess of $30 billion, primarily for healthcare service, real estate and other related companies. Peter received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
