Laurent X. de Marval Managing Director and Co-Founder Laurent X. de Marval is currently a Managing Director at CSCA Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. de Marval is responsible for overseeing new corporate advisory business development activities and the execution of transactions. Since 1990, Mr. de Marval has completed over 200 transactions representing over $30 billion, primarily in the areas of healthcare services, real estate and other related industries. From July 1997 to February 1999, Mr. de Marval was a Managing Director of the Healthcare Group within the Corporate Finance Department at Schroder & Co. Inc. While at Schroders, Mr. de Marval was responsible for generating and executing capital market and M&A transactions for long-term care companies, assisted living companies and healthcare REITs, among others. Prior to July 1997, he was a Senior Director in the Investment Banking Department at NatWest Markets. While at NatWest, Mr. de Marval has executed corporate finance and advisory transactions primarily in the areas of healthcare services, real estate and other related industries. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. de Marval was a Vice President of the Private Placement Department at NatWest Capital Markets where he worked on a variety of senior and mezzanine debt transactions. From 1987 to 1989, Mr. de Marval worked for National Westminster Bank plc at which time he participated in the Group's credit training program. Mr. de Marval received Bachelor of Science in Finance from the school of business at the University of Connecticut where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and has undertaken graduate studies at the Stern School of Business at New York University. Mr. de Marval is a Swiss citizen.
