Ms. Kwan joined Cohen & Steers in 2000 and has worked on a wide range of transactions, including corporate restructuring, recapitalization and corporate advisory in the healthcare industry. She currently serves on the boards of the Lower East Side Family Union and the National Development and Research Institutes, Inc. Ms. Kwan graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics.
