David Caleca Senior Director David Caleca is currently a Senior Director at CSCA Capital Advisors, LLC and has been a member of the CSCA team since its inception in March 1999. From July 1997 to February 1999, Mr. Caleca was an Analyst with the Corporate Finance Department at Schroder & Co. Inc. From July 1996 to July 1997, he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Department of NatWest Markets. Since 1996, he has worked on a wide range of capital market, restructuring, recapitalization and M&A transactions that represent aggregate values of over $20 billion for domestic and international clients in the healthcare, real estate and emerging growth industries. Mr. Caleca is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of Arts & Sciences at Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He also holds a General Course Economics degree from the London School of Economics. He currently serves on the committee for the Cornell Annual Fund, a component of the Cornell Endowment.
